Designed and implemented this Website for traveling Personal Trainer Michael Pacheco.  He has been working in the fitness industry since 2010. His knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics is comprehensive. I’ve mentored with the top trainers in the field who have taught me that there is no one size fits all fitness program. A proficient trainer will listen and use their client’s goals along with their abilities, interests, and limitations to prescribe an optimal program but the client must be accountable with their own diet and nutrition.
